I apologise for the lack of proper journal updates lately. I pick the worst times to update my journals.. Like right now.. XD.
My new(er) laptop is still not fixed and I am currently still using my old one. I will not complain (much) because at least it is something. I will not have much time (or need or want) for internet like I do now when I go off to a university anyway. Yes, I will need a computer, but where I will be staying, most of what I need will be already provided for me, not that I will be taking it for granted, of course.
Work is going good. I have gotten used to working from nine am to three pm. The time goes by so fast now (usually). In fact, everything is going by so quickly. That is all well and good, however. It means I am one more day closer to going home
. And I admit, yes, I am actually excited to go back to school. For those of you who do not know, I will be going into my last year of secondary school =]. Woo..! I will be taking AP (Advanced Placement (university level)) English. I was also going to take AP Spanish (mostly because my teacher guilt-tripped me into doing so) but I will be dropping it. Unfortunately, letting myself be pushed into that class shut me away from being able to take other AP classes I wanted (AP Biology, AP European History, and AP Statistics). Well.. it is too late to switch into them now.. -facepalm of the utmost degree-.Salsa Megatron (mainly just Salsa) is doing well. I also got two female Teddy Bear hamsters this weekend. No, I will not be breeding them. Salsa is in his own cage. The females are together in their own as well. I will post pictures (or picture links from Photobucket, whatever) later. There is one with white on her midsection (think like a Hampshire pig) and is brown and the other is mostly brown. The one with the white is currently named Cheza. The other does not have a name yet. However, I was thinking of changing Cheza's name to something else that goes along with the other's. We will see how that works out.
I bought some Mane n' Tail shampoo and conditioner in the pet section of a shoppe yesterday, for my dogs. It made me realise how much I miss horse stuff. Riding bareback with the wind whipping in my face mainly.. In proper tack too, though. I am hoping to find some time to get back into the equine world when I go away to a university.. but I doubt that will happen, considering the demanding-ness of the Veterinary Programme at UCD. I will just be happy and satisfied enough in being home and with my man and, of course, fulfilling my dreams of becoming a veterinarian with a PhD.
Oh, I am also (well, I have been for a bit) doing some voice acting for my man's mod. You really should check it out. It is amazing. My weight has been all over the place, bleh. I have not gotten over about twelve and half stone (about 180 pounds or so). I will wake up and be around 170 and the next morning I will be ten pounds heavier.. It really is weird. I am not eating junk food like I used to. I am eating smaller portions of food, but at regular times and healthier things like fruit.. and juice. Hm, I will just have to figure something out -pokes her fat-.
It was my birthday the twenty-first of July.. I am seventeen now. I am getting.. old!! XD. I got a necklace (that I picked out) that is meant to look like the Heart of the Ocean. I need a good black blouse to wear it with.. I also got my new Canon digital camera (after my birthday, but still).
I have also experienced an..increase, if you will, in my anger and jealousy lately.. I will wake up and just feel like beating someone and and watching them bleed.. My boss has experienced this too
. Although, I am somewhat passive right now. Way to go me.My dog (one of them, anyway), as much as I love her, is royally ticking me off lately. She follows me around.. EVERYWHERE. She sleeps in my bloody bed and gets her fur.. EVERYWHERE. DAMMIT IT ALL. Oh, speaking off, I have my puppy to fill that void in my life (not actually fill.. it never will be. No dog can ever compare to Her). She is still a wee thing (she was only born a little under two weeks ago (oh, that reminds me, they were born on my birthday.. xD and their eyes and ears are meant to (start) opening Tuesday.
I have been having weird dreams and nightmares again.. eep. I should pick up one of those dream meaing/interpretation books next time I am at the book shoppe.. XD.
I still plan on getting my industrial bar piercing.. When, I am not sure. That all depends on when my mother decides to get the sticks out of her gowl and arse.
I also still plan on getting my tattoos.
The wings on the back, which will be drawn/sketched out by my man OR a Wolf on one side of my spine running down and another on the other side, running up. I am not sure which, yet.
A [Celtic/Irish] tribal or trinity on the back of my neck.
Gear/Steampunk-inspired love heart halves. One on each wrist. The middle of the heart halves will be like puzzle pieces and when the wrists are put together, they seemingly go toegether. I am not too sure on this one, but I like the idea so far. I am definitely going with one of the back ideas, though. As far as the wrist goes again, I was maybe thinking of having a really meaningful phrase tattooed there, in fancy quill-script-like writing, in Irish or Welsh, most likely Irish.
I bleached the underlayer of my hair to a light blond/honey-red-blond. I also stripped the black (and most of the red) out before I did this. I have been my natural colour (red-brown) for a few weeks now.. And I really need to put the black back in after I bleach the underside again. I should probably just do that a week or a few days before school starts again. Or I could just do it tomorrow and then again before school starts.. Yeh, that sounds good. That way I will not have a box of expensive black dye staring me in the face everytime I roll over in my bed.
What else..?
Oh, one of my Fancy Guppy females (and I am pretty sure my Orange Creamsicle Lyre tail Molly did too) had her fry. Just a day or so ago I released them from the breeder (they have been there for a few weeks, as they should be) and into the tank. From the looks of it, my Black Molly and my Dalmatian Lyre tail Molly are ready to pop too.. Oh boy XD. Anyone want to buy some fish??
I want to get back into archery again.. and violin. Damn, I miss violin..
What else.. Oh, I am VIP on IMVU for a year.
